		<description>I have tried a corn salsa similar to yours before but with another herb as I recall and no red onions.  This recipe of yours sounds right up my alley.  I like cilantro and I love red onions.  The burst of color they give and the taste perks up any dish you use them in.  I&#039;ll have to copy this recipe.  Thanks.</description>
