Sorry!

My busy, busy weekend has spilled into the new week. I completely forgot that yesterday was Tasted Tested Tuesday until today when I opened my email and found a few “What happened to the recipe?” inquiries. Sorry!

Let’s just call today Taste Tested Tuesday on Wednesday. (Dead wrong…yes, I know!) Anyway…

Deviled eggs are one of our favorite snacks. We often keep a plate in the fridge and since the girls can’t eat/don’t like them, JT and I don’t have to share! The recipe is courtesy of Betty Crocker and the few extra ingredients push the traditional deviled egg recipe over the top.

Betty Crocker’s Deliciously Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons bacon bits
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
parsley or paprika for garnish

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks and mash with fork in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except egg white halves. Fill egg white halves with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Garnish with parsley or sprinkle with paprika.
