		<description>It turned out great for superbowl. I did brown the meat stovetop first. It never got mushy. I made a quickie batch today with just a few of the ingredients and it was still good. Thanks!</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t see why you couldn&#039;t. I think it&#039;ll taste just fine but turn out with a consistency closer to Sloppy Joes or chili. If you do use the ground beef, I would only cook it for 3 to 4 hours. I&#039;ve found that overcooking ground meat in the Crock Pot can sometimes make it mushy.
