We had neighbors who ran a Greek restaurant in our local village. Every year, they brought over fresh baklava for Christmas. Sorry we moved away!

This recipe looks wonderful! I especially love cool cucumber tszatziki sauce. :~D

Not to many diners near me these days! You could always count on some good food! This looks like a recipe that I could put into the rotation.

Hey girl! It's good to *see* you! I'm pretty sure the gyro sauce is the same as what I listed. I'm not a big fan of cucumbers so I split the sauce in half and add the cucumbers to JT's part. Even without the cucumbers, the sauce still ROCKS!

As far a falafel, I'm sorry to say I don't have a recipe. If memory serves me well, they're made with chickpeas and I'm not a fan. However, visit allrecipes.com or recipezaar.com. I'm nearly positive you'll find a recipe there.

We have a greek spot across the street from my job and I love the chicken. I don't do gyros as I am not sure of the sauce but this I will try. Thanks much if you find a recipe for falafel let me know.
